ABSTRACTS
<\/strong>Abstracts will be written in Word 6+ on a single A4 page with 2.5 cm margins, Times New Roman, 1.5 times.
The structure of the abstract:
\u2022 title of the work, written in capital letters (bold, 12 pts);
\u2022 name and surname of the authors without scientific evidence or other additions (lowercase, bold, 12 pts), highlighting the name and surname of the author presenting the work;
\u2022 Affiliation with address, lowercase (italic, 12 pts);
\u2022 the abstract (normal, 12 pts) with formulas \/ graphics included in the text;
\u2022 Keywords (3-5 keywords, separated by comma)
\u2022 References (lower case, normal, 10 pts) indicated in the text with Arabic numerals, as superscripts.

Abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee will be available to conference participants on Book of Abstracts (published with ISSN). The Book of abstracts will not includ abstracts that do not respect the indications. Please indicate the section and the type of the presentation preferred (OP\/poster).<\/p>\n

The fee includes one abstract and the participation for one person in all conference sessions and it is non-refundable if the abstract is accepted.<\/em> Paper publication is subject to peer review acceptance and does not involve any additional fees from the author(s), if the author also submit a full paper to the registered abstract.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Participation and paper presentation at the conference is mandatory in order for the paper to be evaluated, but does not guarantee publication acceptance. Only papers accepted in the peer review process pertaining to registered authors that participated at the conference can be included in the scientific journals.
Should a paper be submitted by a team of authors and coauthors, attendance is mandatory for a minimum of one representative of aforementioned team.
The reduced registration fee for students is granted based on the proof that the first author of the article is a student.<\/p>\n
